Tokyo8 is an organic soil amendment SHAFLINE produces and distributes across the Upper West Region. It is designed for smallholder plots — the kind of ground where inputs have to earn every cedi they cost.
We do not treat the sale as the end of the transaction. Every jug leaves with a plan for how it will be applied, and an agent follows up on the plot.

You place an order
By WhatsApp, phone, or through an agent visiting your community. We record what you need and where you farm.

We deliver with a plan
The agent hands over the input and walks through dilution, application timing, and safe storage on your plot — not from a leaflet.

We follow up
A return visit within the growing season checks what happened and captures what we learn for the next farmer.
