Feed the World,
Heal the Earth.
SHAFLINE Enterprise works at the intersection of agriculture, nutrition, and environmental stewardship — producing and distributing Tokyo8 and other organic inputs, training farmers, and building the cooperative structures that make sustainable livelihoods durable.

Who we are
A small enterprise with a clear discipline.
SHAFLINE Enterprise is a Ghana-registered sole proprietorship, founded in April 2026 by Saheed Ibrahim and based in Wa. Our work is deliberately narrow: sustainable agribusiness, organic farm inputs, and nutrition — done properly in the communities we can reach.
We produce and distribute Tokyo8 and other organic inputs; we train farmers in sustainable production, climate resilience, and livestock keeping; and we build cooperative societies and susu groups so the gains stay with the households that earned them. Every activity is designed to feed families now and to leave the land better than we found it.
We name specifics because vague ambition is how agriculture programmes fail. Where a number is real, we publish it. Where it is not yet, we say so.
What we do
Nine services, one discipline.
Each service is designed to reinforce the others. Inputs come with training. Training travels through cooperatives. Cooperatives connect to markets. Markets fund the next season.

Product · Tokyo8
Organic inputs sold with the training to use them well.
Tokyo8 is an organic soil amendment supplied to smallholders across the Upper West Region. We do not treat the sale as the end of the transaction — every jug leaves with a plan for how it will be applied, and an agent follows up on the plot.
Seven objectives
What we are trying to change.
- 01
Agricultural diversification
Shift farms from cereal-dominant production toward fruits, vegetables, and pulses for balanced nutrition.
- 02
Food security & nutrition
Essential foods available in rural households; balanced and four-star diets for children.
- 03
Maternal & child health
Address protein-energy malnutrition in children and anaemia in pregnancy through dietary diversity.
- 04
Income generation
Backyard gardening, dry-season farming, and craftwork raise household income.
- 05
Livelihood resilience
Year-round food availability and income stability through diversified enterprises.
- 06
Market access
Link farms to markets for prompt sales at fair prices; cut post-harvest losses and middleman exploitation.
- 07
Environmental sustainability
Restore biodiversity and advance planetary health through organic practices, environmental education, and land restoration.
Impact — real numbers, when they exist
Numbers we will publish only when they are true.
This section will switch to live counts as our operations platform records them: farmers registered, communities served, litres of Tokyo8 distributed, trainings held. Until then we describe the targets in plain words, not invented figures.
- Improved crop yields
- Four-star child diet diversity
- Zero protein-energy malnutrition
- Healthy maternal nutrition
- Higher household earnings
- 365-day food availability
- Fair market prices
- Biodiversity restored
- Resilient livelihoods
